error on page " call member function"

Hiya
I have joomla 4 and been having issues with captcha v2 not being mobile responsive works fine on pc . tried setting v3 captcha but wouldnt work so invested in a this plugin hoping it would solve my problem however when enabled to page looks like the attached.
can you help me?
