XML Method not loading locations

The locations do not load and the language instruction boxes are not showing either.

This is the code of the XML file I am using, it seems normal (I used the demo example as the template) there's only a few locations:

Remove "<b>" from the code and it should work;

It might be easier for you to use a CSV file or Contact Enhanced instead;

Google Maps API only allows the "Find my location" button for HTTPS websites.
Considering you have SSL enabled in your website you should configure Joomla to use HTTPS only:
blackoak.addrenhost4.com/index...use:one-page&id=117&Itemid=102

ok, so how do I just hide or disable that for now?

and how do I get rid of this text:

You can override language strings either going to Extensions -> Language -> Overrides OR by editing the iStoreLocator plugin options under the Language tab.
