Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

× Frequently Asked Questions using Joomla content articles. iFAQ (former MooFAQ) is a FAQ Component for Joomla!™ which uses jQuery and Bootstrap to load Joomla Articles in Accordion format.

Space not extending when FAQs are opened

Hi,
Thanks for this great component. I have a problem with the opened FAQs sometimes covering content below if the original page-open is not long enough. I have removed all modules below the MooFAQ to see if they were the problem.
I am using a RocketTheme template, you can view this at www.rcworld.com.au/index.php?o...ew=categories&id=17&Itemid=144 . any help on this would be appreciated.
Regards,
Dave

Dear Dave,

Your template is defining the maximum height, that's the reason why it is not showing the FAQ content when you expand it.

Look for the code class="main-height" and you will see a style tag with the height property.

If this is a paid template you have to get in touch with Rocket Theme, however if it is a free template send it to me and I'll try to fix it for you.

Thanks Douglas,

With your info I was able to find the solution on the Rocket Theme forums as per below.

"for versatility4 template you may try this:

- in templates/rt_versatility4_j15/ folder, open rt_head_includes.php, then delete this line:
<script type="text/javascript" src="<?php echo $this->baseurl; ?>/templates/<?php echo $this->template?>/js/roksameheight.js"></script>

- like Djamil said, in your template_css.css at the bottom, add this line:
#maincol .main-height {border-right:1px solid #ddd;border-left:1px solid #ddd;}"

" No, this is not considered as a bug because it only happens on same case when user use another javascript which change the height of the template after roksameheight.js is declared
So, to sort it, we just disable the roksameheight.js"

Problem fixed - looking forward to implementing more MooFAQs through-out the site.

Regards,
Dave
