Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hi

Can you tell me why it takes so long for the changes I make to register on the FAQ? Normally any changes I make are instantaneous but with this, it waits around 10minutes before a change is made. Is there something in the Joomla software that I should adjust?

Dear Kreeden,

MooFAQ uses Joomla content articles, and if this is happening it is probably because you have Joomla cache enabled. try to clean your cache after each change (Joomla backend -> Tools -> Clean cache)

Thanks for the quick response.

One other question:

How to I change the order of the FAQs, I've tried changing the order in the back-end by moving the FAQ I want to appear at the top to the top, but it makes no difference. Is there a way of changing order of the FAQs?

MooFAQ is a full feature FAQ component!
It allows you to order your question in 9 different ways:

1. Oldest first
2. Most recent first
3. Title (Alphabetical)
4. Title (Reverse Alphabetical)
5. Author - Alphabetical
6. Author - Reversed Alphabetical
7. Most Hits
8. Least Hits
9. Custom Order

To do so please edit in the menu item that you have created of it.
