Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

× Frequently Asked Questions using Joomla content articles. iFAQ (former MooFAQ) is a FAQ Component for Joomla!™ which uses jQuery and Bootstrap to load Joomla Articles in Accordion format.

Dear ilove2,

MooFAQ might not have been fully translated into your language. Check this file /components/com_moofaq/language/
Which language is your Joomla site using?

If it is translated into your language, I need to know which view you are using? Component, module, plugin?

The language file is showing the text inside the file.

And I'm using: English (United Kingdom) as my default language ...

Component plugin I think.

I am calling up the MooFAQ via a menu link on the navigation bar.

Dear ilove2,

Which Joomla version are you using? This file is for MooFAQ for Joomla 1.5.

I need to know if you are embedding MooFAQ into an article using he content plugin OR using the module.

Okay, I have uploaded the files (language files) manually to server. That error has now disappeared.

Thanks for the superb support!

Dear ilove2,

Did you upgrade from Joomla 1.5 or installed the 1.5 version by mistake?

Please delete the /path/to/joomla/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_moofaq.ini and it should work correctly.

Best regards,
