Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hello

I have read all the documentation and set all the parameters correct, but I am stuck. The feedback button is not showing at all. I am pretty sure everything is setup correct, but now I need some help.

Which Contact Enhanced and Joomla version are you using?

Yes I made sure it was enabled :-)

I am running Joomla 1.5.23 downloaded contact enhanced today

Dear Lars,

I'm not sure why the CSS for CE Feedback is not loading in your site. I've tested and it should be working correctly.

You have two options:
1- I can provide the CSS, so you can add to your template's CSS file. The only inconvenient is that every time you need to change the plugin configuration (images) you'd have to change in the CSS file instead;
2 - You can provide an administrator account so I can try to find out why it is not working correctly.

If you opt for the second option, please create a FULL site backup and send the administrator credentials using the Support -> Contact form;
