Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hello,

I am creating a website that allows people to create a customized postcard. The information that the user inputs into the form and an uploaded photo are to be emailed to a printer, but only after the user pays.

1.) I have created a form, but how do I integrate it with the payment so that the information from the form is not emailed to the printer until the payment is made?

2.) Is there a way to upload a sample postcard (for example, jpg or pdf) on the side of the form so that user can get an idea of what his/her postcard will look like?

By the way, this is great software because I'm pretty new to Joomla and I have been able to use it quickly.

Dear Kelvin,

1- This is over beyond Contact Enhanced's scope. In order to have an automated system we would have to develop a PayPal IPN plugin, that's assuming that you will use PayPal.

2 - Sure! You can use the side bar in order to accomplish that. Please go to Contact Enhanced -> Contact, select the form you wish to edit, then add your picture to the sidebar. Also, please make sure to enable the sidebar in the parameters on the right;
