Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Enhanced contact form does not sen mails anymore

Hi there
I'm using your Enhanced contact form module for years now.
I noticed a few weeks ago that the messages are not sent anymore.


I get an error page with this message : There is an error while trying to get the xml could not find "<response>"
And the last saved messages has this date 04 of september 2023

Thank you for your help

Joomla version : 3.9.24
Contact Enhanced : 3.6.4.2
PHP version : 7.4

1. Edit the Email form field in your Contact Enhanced extension.
2. Ensure that you have a valid Botscout API key entered under the Email Parameter's tab. This key is required for the integration to function properly.
3. If you are still experiencing the error, try removing the API key altogether. This may resolve the issue.
