Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Dear Douglas:

I bought this module like a month ago.
I've been trying hard to make it work and I just can't make it work.

I searched the forum for answers, tried some of your suggestions, but nothing seems to fix my problem.

I set the "Is Ajax Contact working correctly" and "Use Ajax" parameters to NO and then, when I try to send the contact email, a blank screen comes up with the following error:

{"action":"error","msg":"C\u00f3digo de validaci\u00f3n incorrecto"}

which means that I've have a "validation code incorrect" error.

Any idea how to correct this?

Dear Ernesto,

First of all it seems your language file is save using a charset other than UTF-8.
There are several ways to change the text encoding, the easiest way is using a text/code editor like Eclipse (multi plataform) or Notepad++ (Windows), however if you don't have any of these applications installed you can use an online tool like this:
www.motobit.com/util/charset-codepage-conversion.asp

Second, I'm working on a new version of Ajax Contact and will send to your email the beta which should fix this.
