Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hi Douglas,

I have recently purchased MooFaq.

I have installed the component and i am using a menu item to link to.

The component definitely is showing however it looking very strange/faulty??

In each question a green arrow is inserted between each of the words? Have you seen this before? Please see attached screenshot.

There is no screenshot attached, but I've seen something similar and it is a template issue if I'm not mistaken.

Can you provide an URL so I can take a closer look?
Which template are you using?

Dear John,

You have a template feature that add cufon to all headings and it is adding a span tag to each word in the question heading.
Can you disable Cufon for selected menu items or for headings with some css classes?
