Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

ok, so i have looked at installation and other items.

i tried to simply set a menu system up with the Contact Us form...strange stuff.

so i went to adding a module to a menu item.

the form appears, with very small captcha. i enter information and its send to the user (not admin) and then the real form comes up!! (with large captcha and chosen items).

please help!

Dear Johasnon,

I think I know what you mean.
If you've purchased the Full package it already installs and enables the Contact Enhanced Module, so all you have to do is disable the module if you don't want it.

Go to Extensions -> Module Manager, and disable the Contact Enhanced Module by clicking on the green "tick" on the right.

ok, I can describe it better:

I put a module on a page. when i submit the information, it redirects to a page that is another form, and its coming from the "contact id".

all i want to do, is create a module, put it at the bottom of a page. This works, but once I click submit, I am redirected to another form to submit (from the contact id area).

Dear Johasnon,

That's because the module submits the form to the Contact Enhanced Component. What users usually do is change the Thank you message to HTML or redirect.

I've changed it a little bit so you can add redirect to the module, instead of using the Contact Enhanced configuration.
