Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

[SOLVED] Missing image in email template

I created a new template for the emails display.
As you can see in the next picture, there is an image displayed as the header background.



Unfortunately when the email arrives in the mailbox, the image is missing. The header is just blank.



What's the problem?

Dear Altano,

Some WYSIWYG editors only add relative URLs to images, in other words it does not add the domain part.
There are basically two ways to fix this:
1- Choosing another editor that allows you to add full image paths;
2- in the image tag use {site_url} instead of yourdomain.com, so it will look something like this:
<img src="{site_url}relative/path/to/image.jpg" />
If you use option number 2, you will not see the image in the editor, however it will be displayed in the email correctly.
