Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hi

I have a problem with contact enhanced on my webpage. As soon as I click on a contact, error 404 appears:

Do you have created a menu link for Contact Enhanced?

Its version 1.5.8.1
Yes I have. Though the menu is not published, as I have my own Java based menu.

There is still a problem because it should work with SEF.

No I don't.
But what could have an influence, is that I migrated a mambo site into joomla 1.5
Then i imported the "old" contacts into contact enhanced...

Hi Douglas,

I do have the same Problem.
But not solved... I just disabled SEF URLs but won't work.
I don't use third party SEF extensions.

I'm using Joomla 1.5.20, PHP 5.2.6

Any ideas?
Is there a FAQ for standard configuration?

Did you create a menu item for the contact?
