Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

CE and Joomla 4.4

Dear Douglas,
thank you for your continiously good work and the new version an CE!
Now that Joomla 4.4. is out, I encounter a minor problem:

The extra textfield for the radio box option other is not being displayed

I tried it with my own template and with cassiopeia, that didn't help unfortunatly.
May be you find time to look at this issue for the next release!

Dear Douglas,
On the website I spoke about before I upgraded from Joomla 4.3.4 to Joomla 4.4. and I changed the settings under the parameters and saved them several times to check whether there are any differences. Unfortunatly this didn't help.
I checked it on a different website with Joomla 4.3.4 and the 'other' option for radio buttons is not working there too. So it might not have to do with the latest upgrading process.
Both sites work with PHP 8.1.24 and the lastest version CE 4.3.19.2
I unpublished the custom css field - no change too.
