Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

I just purchased this component again and when I downloaded it and unzipped it, there were 2 folders, one for Joomla 3.x and one for Joomla 4.x
However, when I tried to install the version for Joomla 3 I got an error saying I didn't have the correct version of Joomla, that I needed Joomla 4. So I tried the other one and got the same error.
The file in the Joomla 3 folder is pkg_contactenhanced-4.0.3.2.1-pro
and the file in the Joomla 4 folder i pkg_contactenhanced-4.0.3.2-pro
I need the correct version.

Still says the same thing. The version that was put into the folder is now pkg_contactenhanced-4.0.3.2.1-pro, which is not compatible with Joomla 3.10
