Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hi There,

This is weird, as when I sent the contact form through to you, it said a copy had been sent to me but I've actually not recieved anything from your email / domain and there's nothing in my Outlook.Com Junk folder, I always check this several times a day and I am also getting other emails to this same address, that is on my account here. :/

Just for the benefit of any current or future members, I thought I'd pop back in and update this topic.

As you allude to above about the sound provision of the captcha, and as you and I already know - if I disable the sound feature but keep the SecurImage Captcha plugin enabled... I now do NOT get the Firefox browser 'Insecure Content' warning. Something to do with how the SWF sound files are served (you will know more than me about how that is structured) but it would seem FF is expecting https:// as my site is set to sitewide SSL ability, whereas FF see's the SWF file or contents, somewhere along the line as being http://

Of course, http:// is fine and not a bad thing, just when one installs an SSL on a site and then activates this within Joomla backend, it can throw a bit of a fit.

Anyway, no biggy - in that I've still got the captcha plugin enabled, no longer have the insecure content warning and hence a full 'this site is secure' padlock now and what I wanted... I will just await an update, for when you've managed to refine the exact conflict in this instance and release an updated version of your still great plugin.
