Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hi,

Is it possible to change the red map marker please? I can see in the settings where to change the Home map marker but not the standard red marker. I have also tried overwriting the red-marker.png image file in /plugins/system/istorelocator/assets/images/markers/, but no joy.

How can I change this please?

Are you using iStoreLcoator with Contact Enhanced?
Do you want to have the same marker for all contacts or a different one for each contact?

Hi,

Yes, iStoreLocator with Contact Enhanced.

Ideally a different Marker image file per CE Category or Tag. But if it can be done per Contact then that would be really great too.

Even just being able to change it to a specified image file for all Contacts would work for me, but the best solution would be to have 2 different Markers. For example one for opened centres/locations and one for centres that are opening/coming soon (the latter could also be left as the standard RedMarker).

The latest Contact Enhanced version allows you to assign a different marker for each category and for each contact.

Category marker:
Just edit the Contact Enhanced Category Contact and under the Contact Enhanced tab choose the marker you want for this category.

Contact Marker:
Go to Components -> Contacts, edit your contact and under the Display tab choose a marker for your contact.
