Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

When my locations load the whole map gets scrunched up.
It also seems to add extra table areas of some sort. under the source code it is labeled as <code> </code> and just blank.

Please help & advice.

test web url is : joom.newagemadden.com/index.php/locations

Dear xafltexans,

It seems you've copied the entire HTML and CSS code with the syntax to your article.

Please edit your article and remove the <code> </code> tags around the {istorelocator} syntax.

All the best,

Okay, that fixed my code issue, but now once the results are found, the map and results shrink to be about a 1/5th of the page.

see attachments.

Dear xafltexans,

I'm not familiar with Rocket Theme templates, but I noticed it is using flexbox and it might change the layout based on the content, so it doesn't overflow.

Does the same thing happens if you add iStoreLocator to an article instead of a module?

If the problem persists, your template developer will be more capable to help you in this matter. Can you contact the template developer?

If you can't a possible fix would be to add a class suffix to the module and add a custom CSS to force that specific flex container to width:100%.

Best regards,
