Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Not showing Suburb...and not loading from Contacts Enhanced

Just purchased and installed on plantationquail.com/contact-us/store-locator . Couldn't get contacts imported into Contacts Enhanced to show up on the map, so I used CSV instead...would like to figure out why they are not showing.

When using CSV, it works fine, but the addresses that show up are not showing the suburb, one street, state and zip. And where do I set it to show other information from the record, like phone?

And maybe I am missing something, but the only contact that does show up plantationquail.com/store-locator-2 is the contact that is linked to a Joomla contact. Is that a requirement for display?

Dear thejamjr,

When you import your Contacts to Contact Enhanced you need to go to each contact and under the maps tab click on the "Locate in map" button. You can do this in batch using iStoreLocator, just click on the "Get Missing Coordinates" under the Location list tab.

In the CSV file it should be "city" not "suburb".
Anyway, I've implemented a way for to use either city or suburb. I'll send it to you in a few minutes,
