Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Two modules not working

I just purchased the component and i'm happy with all the features. I have one (annoying) small problem. My client wants the related articles to be split into 'related hardware' and 'related software'. The setup is super easy, just exclude category for one and vice versa.

The problem is, that it can only show one module at at time. If I disable the 'hardware', I see the software. If I disable 'software', I see the hardware. If I enable them both, I can only see one of the modules, never both. I even tried this with custom modules and putting them in seperate locations.

Is this a setting, or is this just the way the module works? Is there a workaround?

Dear web41,

I was not able to reproduce this issue. I have enabled 2 modules with different configuration and both of them are shown.

The only time I was able to reproduce the issue was when there was no related for a specific category.

I'll keep trying to reproduce the issue and I'll get back to you in a few minutes.

Oops, I've changed the module order and it's not working again. I downgraded back to the previous version and upgraded again, but unfortunately it didn't fix it
