Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Google Map doesn´t show in K2 Content

dear hacky,

The problem seems to be related to a module assigned to a Contact Enhanced menu item. Can you disable one by one until we find out what is causing this?

Hi Douglas,

I have no clue....

actually i did nothing - just added a new 5th contact. SEF that i had in mind was always the same..... browsers - cleaned the cache nothing.

what is weird is that now the site freezes with the error message but after using the back button i receive the success message that the mail was sent.

interesting in that case that when everything was ok the sender was the site title - now the sender is unknown...??

now the message pops up : Email not sent, please notify administrator

as i am just a simple user - i have no more ideas - tried to turn off and on several modules (K2) and also from the contact component (plugins) - suddenla also the message came up to check the red fields for missing or wrong content - therefor i changed to re-captcha now as there started a problem with the core captcha....

any ideas - still waiting for my hoster´s reply...

Dear Hacky,

If you grant me administrator access and permission to disable/enable modules and plugins I'll access your site and try to find out what is causing this.

You can send the login details using the Support -> Contact form;

I'm very careful, but I always advise my users to make a full site backup before granting administrator rights to anyone.
