Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Dear Peter,

I've change the Menu -> Parameter (Component) "Thank you Message" to Show sent message in the menu item and it worked.

You may now delete the administrator account that you've created for me.

It works from the module, yes. But from the full form I still see the 'wrong validation code.'

The full page form is:

dev.mdbgroup.com/contact-form.html

Did you see normal operation from this full form?

Dear Peter,

That's because the MathGuard captcha library is not ready to have multiple instances in one page.
You have two options:
1- Switch it to SecurImage2; or
2- Disable ContactEnhanced module from the Contact Enhanced Component page.

Dear Douglas,

Thank you very much. I removed the sidebar module from the contact page and it now works. For some reason that was not necessary before, although it causes no difficulties and is fine. So this is operation that will work for the site. I have it set to show the submitted information regardless of where the request is made - the full form or the module. And, it works from the home page!

I do have one remaining question. In the past, after the submission a brief thank you at the top of the web page from which the submission was made appeared. Is this a custom redirect of some sort that achieves this?

I'm glad it is working! ;-)

If CE is set to display the submitted form after after submission it will no longer show a Thank you note in the System Message.

Some customer complained about that because they were already thanking their users in the HTML Thank you template, so it made sense to me to remove it completely from that particular page.
