Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Form thank you page not working

I'm using a couple of instances of Ajax Contact on a site, and one isn't working properly, though the other is. The one that's problematic is loaded on the homepage in a custom module position using {module Module Name}

Here's what I'm getting:

The form submits the email, but instead of redirecting to a custom thank you page as per the settings, it goes to this url:
www.WEBSITEURL/index.php?option=com_ajax

The page displayed is an unstyled white page with text saying:

Thank you, your message has been sent. We will be getting back to you shortly.
Your web browser does not support JavaScript or it is disabled!
You will be redirected now

The page then redirects to the homepage.

I can't see any errors and JavaScript is working on the site.

Any ideas?

Dear ntcreation,

It seems it is not loading the Ajax Contact's Javascript because you are using Modules Anywhere. Can you load Ajax Contact Module directly, without the Modules Anywhere plugin?
