Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Contact Enhanced & Feedback Button

I installed Contact Enhanced in a new development site dev.wattampainenglish.com. Am I correct that I do not need to buy a second copy of Contact Enhanced? I assume not. If I understand that support is only for WatTamaInEnglish.com. I added dev.wattampainenglish to my domain list.

I configured Contact Enhanced on my new development server - dev.wattampainenglish.com. I configured the feedback button the same as the button on wattampainenglish. The form launches normally on wattampainenglish.com. Clicking the Feedback button does not launch the feedback form on dev.wattampainenglish.com. I can right-click the feedback button and it launches the feedback form in a full page browser. What do I need to change so the feedback form launches in a modal window?

You can install Contact Enhanced on as many websites as you wish. However, support is usually restricted to only one domain, but I often provide support to other domains as well, especially if it's only a development server. ;-)

Your dev site has many Javascript errors, which I assume they're caused by the fact the jQuery library is loaded twice. See screenshot .
The first instance is loaded by the Joomla framework and the second is loaded by another extension.

In order to avoid conflicts, I advise to only use the jQuery file/version included in Joomla.

Since this is most likely an issue caused by another extension, you will need to disable cache (for testing purposes) and disable each extension you installed, one by one until you find the one that's loading the other jQuery file.

I have loaded the page with the component area only and using another template and it didn't load the second jQuery (see links below), therefore I believe it's most likely loaded by a module.

If it's not caused by a module, you'll have to investigate the plugins as well.
